HOW MUST DO I HAVE TO PAY NOW ?

– Reservations are confirmed with payment of a Deposit of at least 25% of the total reservation value.

– If difference between “today” and “check-in day”  is more that 30 days, you must pay a Deposit of  25%, and than 1 month before the check-in date, an additional 25% will be requested. Other way (less than 30 days to check-in) you must pay a Deposit of 50% now.

– Those amount are non-refundable, but can be use as a credit on a future reservation within 2 years.

– The remaining 50% will only be paid on the day of check-in.

If the minimum number of nights set in the calendar does not allow you to make a reservation, please let us know.
