Booking Confirmation

After paying the reservation, you must wait for our email (less than 24 hours) to confirm your reservation.
After that email your reeservation is confirmed.

Cancellation policy

Note that your reservation cannot be canceled and all payments are non-refundable.

If you dont attend or cancel your reservation 15 days before the check-in date, your reservation is canceled and you have no right to any refund regarding payments you have made.

However, if you are unable to attend and send us a message up to 15 days before the check-in date, you can change your reservation and you can schedule for another time of the year, within a maximum period of 2 years. After that period, you lose the right to use any payment made. It is subjected to availability of Casa de Cardido, and the price may be changed depending on the price charged at the new time of year, in which the reservation will be used.
